A very sheer and delicate baby blue, reminds you of gentle island breezes. Wear dry for a light blue sheen and wet to give a slightly more dramatic shimmer.
Sample baggie is 1/8 teaspoon.
Sample jar is 1/4 teaspoon in a 3 gram jar.
Full jar without a sifter is approximately 3/4-1 teaspoon.
Full jar with a sifter is approximately 1/2-3/4 teaspoon.
SAFE FOR EYES, FACE, LIPS AND NAILS.
Ingredients: mica, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, tin oxide, calcium aluminum borosilicate, magnesium myristate, magnesium stearate and silica.
Dry = with a base and or primer of your choice.
Wet or foiled = with water, mixing medium, eye drops, etc.
Please note that in the the picture of the close up of the eye a blue base was used.
