Sample baggie is 1/8 teaspoon.
Sample jar is 1/4 teaspoon in a 3 gram jar.
Full jar without a sifter is approximately 3/4-1 teaspoon.
Full jar with a sifter is approximately 1/2-3/4 teaspoon.
