Current turnaround time is 14-28 business days and is subject to change at any time. This does not include weekends or holidays or transit time to you. Processing time starts the business day after your order is placed. If payment has not been made within 24 hours your order will be canceled.

Free first class shipping if you purchase $50 or more. There is a minimum order of $6. You will not be allowed to checkout until the minimum amount is added to the cart. Once your package ships you will receive an email from stating that your order has shipped with a tracking number.

And the following countries as well: Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland, Ukraine. You will receive an email when your order ships, though no tracking number the USPS does not track packages once they leave the US. All others follow directions below.

Returns:

Due to the nature of the product we sell we do not take returns, all sales are final. We have described and added pictures to each listing to represent each color the best we can, please read each listing carefully. We offer samples before committing to a full size if you want to try out the colors first. Please email us if you have any questions before purchasing. All items are mailed out in a poly bubble mailer. If there is anything wrong with your shipment please email us so that we can rectify the situation. We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please email us first! If we send out the wrong item of leave something out please contact us within 5 days so we can fix it!

Occasionally there will be a coupon code for 10% off, just check the main page to see what the code is for the month. Please note that all collections, going going gone, and your choice are excluded from all coupon codes unless otherwise specified. These categories are already discounted.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion. After an order is placed it may not be cancelled so please double check your order before submitting your order. If for any reason I make an exception there will be a re-stocking fee and shipping is non refundable.
